Will you install the car seat?
No. State law requires that you install the car seat into the vehicle that you will be using. We will provide you with the instruction manual, along with verbal guidance to assist you with installation.
What is your delivery policy?
We will happily deliver to you. Please provide us with a time and date that you would like your equipment to be delivered. We will do our best to accommodate you times, but please allow a 1-2 hour window for all deliveries. The delivery will be attempted once. If you are unable to accept delivery on the agreed upon time, an additional delivery fee will be charged. 703-963-9000
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
No. Two Momma's will happily deliver to your destination. If you are not sure of your exact arrival time, we are happy to work with you to insure you have the equipment you need when you need it.
Do you provide long term rentals?
Long term rentals are available and apply on orders lasting more than 3 weeks. Please note on your order form the length of time and we will call you with long term rental prices.
Do you deliver to airports?
Yes! Service can be provided to car rental agencies either in or around major airports. Items can be delivered to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental vehicle, or at the cell phone waiting area. Please provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation email along with an estimated time of arrival to the car rental agency. On some occasions the car rental agency can hold the equipment if you are running late and cannot meet the delivery person but this is the exception to the rule. Your flight info will be checked for delays but when possible call 703-963-9000 with updates on late arrivals. |
